Synopsis

Jauh di pegunungan Ararat, Turki, sebuah organisasi rahasia yang dikenal sebagai Arcam telah menemukan apa yang diyakini sebagai Bahtera Nuh. Namun, Korps Mesin AS, organisasi jahat Pentagon, ingin mengambil alih Bahtera sebagai sarana supremasi global. Hanya seorang operator khusus Arcam yang dikenal sebagai Spriggan yang menghalangi jalan mereka. Spriggan Jepang Yu Ominae bekerja sama dengan Spriggan Prancis Jean-Jacques Mondo untuk memerangi anggota Korps Mesin AS yang dipimpin oleh Kolonel MacDougall—seorang anak laki-laki yang ditingkatkan secara genetik dengan kekuatan psionik yang mematikan. Namun, mereka harus bertindak cepat dan menghentikan MacDougall sebelum ia menggunakan Bahtera untuk agendanya sendiri.
