Synopsis

Di pertengahan abad ke-21, individu-individu kuat dengan kekuatan super muncul di seluruh dunia. Orang-orang yang mengenakan pakaian mencolok dan melakukan hal-hal luar biasa atas nama perdamaian ini dikenal sebagai pahlawan—tokoh simbolis negara asal mereka. Di Jepang, Teru Momijiyama, seorang siswi sekolah menengah berusia 14 tahun, dikenal luas dengan identitas rahasianya sebagai pahlawan Jepang, Shy.

Sebagai seorang gadis muda yang pemalu, Shy adalah pahlawan yang cukup baru dengan banyak hal yang harus dipelajari. Dia berjuang dengan rasa percaya diri dan mempertanyakan apakah dia layak menyandang gelar pahlawan. Meskipun dia tidak yakin dengan dirinya sendiri, Shy bekerja keras untuk menyelamatkan orang dan melakukan hal yang benar. Saat ancaman baru yang kuat menampakkan diri, Shy harus bekerja sama dengan para pahlawan di seluruh dunia sambil mempelajari apa artinya menjadi pahlawan.
